This Week at Hope – How Much is He Worth To You?
Brothers and Sisters
Prayer will be held at the Brown’s
How much is our Lord Jesus worth to you? On Sunday we find ourselves observing both Judas and Mary in John 12:1-11, Mary of Bethany displays before us one of the most startling, precious and remarkable expressions of love and gratitude toward our Lord Jesus Christ. Mary of Bethany poured out thousands of dollars of perfume. Judas mocked her. In these two (Mary and Judas) we find two very different kinds of religion.
A Night of Preaching:You are invited to an evening of preaching on Friday June 28 at 6:30pm. We have asked the men to minister to us through John 14, one of the most powerful testimonies of the person and work of the Holy Spirit in the Bible. These men will be preaching 15 minute messages each. It will prove to be a rich night of Biblical encouragement with Freddy Molina, Sean Gill, Robert Bosley, Bryan Solik, Will Arterburn, Jordan Jueckstock and Brandon Vanderford.
Turkey Missionary Team is headed to California this weekend, with Jason to visit some churches in regards to Turkey. Paul will be preaching on Revelation 5, “Worthy is the Lamb”.
Notice: Work Day at the church to do some repairs and landscaping, June 29.
Here are such wonderful songs:
O for a Thousand Tongues to Sing
My Jesus, I Love Thee
More Love to Thee, O Christ
Wonderful, Merciful Savior
Fairest Lord Jesus
O for a Thousand Tongues to Sing
O for a thousand tongues to sing
My great Redeemer’s praise
The glories of my God and King
The triumphs of His grace
Jesus! the name that charms our fears
That bids our sorrows cease
‘Tis music in the sinner’s ears
‘Tis life and health and peace
He breaks the pow’r of cancelled sin
He sets the prisoner free
His blood can make the foulest clean
His blood availed for me
Hear Him, ye deaf; His praise, ye dumb
Your loosened tongues employ
Ye blind, behold your Savior come
And leap, ye lame, for joy
My gracious Master and my God
Assist me to proclaim
To spread thro’ all the earth abroad
The honors of Thy name
O for a thousand tongues to sing
My great Redeemer’s praise
The glories of my God and King
The triumphs of His grace
Jesus! the name that charms our fears
That bids our sorrows cease
‘Tis music in the sinner’s ears
‘Tis life and health and peace
He breaks the pow’r of cancelled sin
He sets the prisoner free
His blood can make the foulest clean
His blood availed for me
Hear Him, ye deaf; His praise, ye dumb
Your loosened tongues employ
Ye blind, behold your Savior come
And leap, ye lame, for joy
My gracious Master and my God
Assist me to proclaim
To spread thro’ all the earth abroad
The honors of Thy name
My Jesus, I Love Thee
My Jesus, I love Thee
I know Thou art mine
For Thee all the follies
Of sin I resign
My gracious Redeemer
My Savior art Thou
If ever I loved Thee
My Jesus, ‘tis now
I love Thee because
Thou hast first loved me
And purchased my pardon
On Calvary’s tree
I love Thee for wearing
The thorns on Thy brow
If ever I loved Thee
My Jesus, ‘tis now
In mansions of glory
And endless delight
I’ll ever adore Thee
In Heaven so bright
I’ll sing with the glittering
Crown on my brow
“If ever I loved Thee
My Jesus, ‘tis now”
My Jesus, I love Thee
I know Thou art mine
For Thee all the follies
Of sin I resign
My gracious Redeemer
My Savior art Thou
If ever I loved Thee
My Jesus, ‘tis now
I love Thee because
Thou hast first loved me
And purchased my pardon
On Calvary’s tree
I love Thee for wearing
The thorns on Thy brow
If ever I loved Thee
My Jesus, ‘tis now
In mansions of glory
And endless delight
I’ll ever adore Thee
In Heaven so bright
I’ll sing with the glittering
Crown on my brow
“If ever I loved Thee
My Jesus, ‘tis now”
More Love to Thee, O Christ
More love to Thee, O Christ,
More love to Thee!
Hear thou the prayer I make
On bended knee;
This is my earnest plea,
More love, O Christ, to Thee,
More love to Thee,
More love to Thee.
Once earthly joy I craved,
Sought peace and rest;
Now Thee alone I seek;
Give what is best:
This all my prayer shall be,
More love, O Christ, to Thee,
More love to Thee,
More love to Thee.
Let sorrow do its work,
Send grief and pain;
Sweet are Thy messengers,
Sweet their refrain,
When they can sing with me,
More love, O Christ, to Thee,
More love to Thee,
More love to Thee.
Then shall my latest breath
Whisper Thy praise;
This be the parting cry
My heart shall raise,
This still its prayer shall be,
More love, O Christ, to Thee,
More love to Thee,
More love to Thee.
More love to Thee, O Christ,
More love to Thee!
Hear thou the prayer I make
On bended knee;
This is my earnest plea,
More love, O Christ, to Thee,
More love to Thee,
More love to Thee.
Once earthly joy I craved,
Sought peace and rest;
Now Thee alone I seek;
Give what is best:
This all my prayer shall be,
More love, O Christ, to Thee,
More love to Thee,
More love to Thee.
Let sorrow do its work,
Send grief and pain;
Sweet are Thy messengers,
Sweet their refrain,
When they can sing with me,
More love, O Christ, to Thee,
More love to Thee,
More love to Thee.
Then shall my latest breath
Whisper Thy praise;
This be the parting cry
My heart shall raise,
This still its prayer shall be,
More love, O Christ, to Thee,
More love to Thee,
More love to Thee.
Wonderful, Merciful Savior
Wonderful, merciful Savior
Precious Redeemer and Friend
Who would have thought that a Lamb could
Rescue the souls of men
Oh, You rescue the souls of men
Counselor, Comforter, Keeper
Spirit we long to embrace
You offer hope when our hearts have
Hopelessly lost our way
Oh, we’ve hopelessly lost the way
You are the One that we praise
You are the One we adore
You give the healing and grace
Our hearts always hunger for
Oh, our hearts always hunger for
Almighty, infinite Father
Faithfully loving Your own
Here in our weakness You find us
Falling before Your throne
Oh, we’re falling before Your throne
You are the One that we praise
You are the One we adore
You give the healing and grace
Our hearts always hunger for
Oh, our hearts always hunger for
Wonderful, merciful Savior
Precious Redeemer and Friend
Who would have thought that a Lamb could

Fairest Lord Jesus
Fairest Lord Jesus, ruler of all nature
O Thou of God and man the Son
Thee will I cherish, Thee will I honor
Thou my soul’s glory, joy, and crown
Fair are the meadows; fairer still the woodlands
Robed in the blooming garb of spring
Jesus is fairer, Jesus is purer
Who makes the woeful heart to sing
Fair is the sunshine, fairer still the moonlight
And all the twinkling starry host
Jesus shines brighter, Jesus shines purer
Than all the angels heav’n can boast
Beautiful Savior! Lord of the nations!
Son of God and Son of Man!
Glory and honor, praise, adoration
Now and forevermore be Thine!
O Thou of God and man the Son
Thee will I cherish, Thee will I honor
Thou my soul’s glory, joy, and crown
Fair are the meadows; fairer still the woodlands
Robed in the blooming garb of spring
